Return and Exchange Policies

Returns

We fully guarantee the quality of all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchased from us, return it within 30 days from the time we shipped and receive a refund. Please note the following conditions on all returns:

Goods returned must be new and not used.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
We do not pay for postage on returns.
Returns are subjected to 10% administration fees for orders shipped by express mail.
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges if orders are refused by the customers.

Exchanges


If you are not fully satisfied and decide to exchange an item you have received for another item, another size or another color, please note the following conditions:

Goods sent back must be new and not used.
We do not pay the postage for sending the item(s) back to us.
We will perform the exchange at no additional costs to the customer and send the good(s) by normal air mail at our cost.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items


If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will promptly send you a replacement after you have returned the damaged, defective or incorrect product. Any damages or alterations caused by the customer are not eligible for replacements, returns or exchanges.

Specify the problem and ship the item(s) back to us by regular or registered air mail. We will reimburse the return postage and send the replacement at no additional costs. We will not reimburse shipments by courier services (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc).

Please note that shipping fees are not refundable for exchanges and returns. Returns are subjected to 10% administration fees for orders shipped by express mail.
